The location is a short drive to most places and within walking distance to several beach parks."

"A beautiful setting and great view of the ocean. We appreciated the covered lanai to eat during a rain storm. The problems are with the neglected unit. the door is warped and the lower door jam is coming out so easy to trip. The owner failed to pay the electric bill and we were without power for most of a day. "Property was beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Many activities for kids and the condo was stocked with beach gear - chairs, snorkels, towels, boogie boards. Tennis/pickleball courts were easy to access and not too busy. Community grills were easy to use and in a central location. There was no AC in the condo but the breeze from the patio doors kept us cool at night.
