Ocean Views/Mountain Views!! HUGE LANAI Directly across the road from the BEACH!

LARGE LANAI condo directly located across from beautiful Magic Sands Beach!!! (sands appear and reappear at this beach depending on swell and current). Come stay at this perfect beach condo that sleeps 6! This condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, also a queen sofa sleep (pull-out) located in the living room. The amenities are great with central air, elevators, outdoor pool, bbq area, tennis courts, sauna, pool table and tandem undercover parking and more. Located on Alii Drive close to farmers markets, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movie theater and golfing all in well known in Keauhou area.

The living room is quite large with TV. WIFI, central A/C, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Do not fret over bringing your own ocean gear either. The home has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment located in the storage space by the parking stall.

When you are ready to catch up on some rest, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a Cal King-sized bed and has an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a standalone shower and spacious vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A guest bathroom is prepared with a shower/tub combo. Pull out sofa sleeper located in the living room and futon located on the lanai if you want to sleep under the stars!

Other great amenities are provided for guests at White Sands Village. There is two parking spaces corresponding with your unit (#324), a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ stations, and shared patio areas. A secure pass code is given for ease of check-in and added security.

You will need to abide by the White Sands Village House Rules during your visit.

Also there is a rental vehicle on property (in parking space #322 or in visitor parking next to tennis court) for rent which can be reserved on Turo platform (separate costs). It is a Jeep Wrangler 4 door convertible with 4x4. The vehicle can be found here at this HTML:

Great place right in front of La'aloa Beach Park!
The place was clean, spacious, and easy to access. It is also right in front of La'aloa park. Host was also very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Our family of four had a great time. The location to white sands beach can’t be beat and the property was nice too. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Having beach stuff available in the unit made life much easier for us and packing as well. There are snorkel gear, boogie boards, and towels to name a few things. The wrap around lanai had great views of the volcano and water. We’d stay again.

Perfect location- across from a beautiful beach. Condo has everything you need. Beautiful wrap around patio is great. Fully stocked kitchen was so nice! The pool, hot tub and pool table were enjoyed by my kids daily! Was a wonderful 10 days in Hawai’i! Would definitely come back to this location!

We loved our stay! The property was perfect for us, our 2 kids, and my parents who joined us. Magic sands beach is so convenient and the kids loved it. A quick drive to lots of great snorkeling spots nearby. The wrap around deck was great for relaxing in the evenings and mornings. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and had a BBQ one night with fresh fish. Highly recommend! Also, tons of beach toys for kids and beach gear.

Spacious condo, fantastic location
We spent several days in Joshua’s wonderful apartment and really enjoyed it, especially huge balcony with the view. We saw the rainbow and sunsets from it - magical! Great location overall, Magic beach is across the road, we ate at Magics grill one night, we recommend it. Special thanks for the well stocked kitchen! 5* and highly recommend.

Twins 1st Trip to Hawaii
The condo was a perfect location for families wanting to hangout on the beach or by the pool all day. Located on a main road with proximity to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Interior furniture and curtains need updating. Condo stocked with towels, bedding, beach accessories, washer/dryer, and condiments you may need. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great Condo, the lanai (porch) is huge and awesome. Two of us slept outside every night. AC was great and cooled down very fast. Kitchen was great, we made breakfast every day. Beach in August was awesome. Busy mid day but we swam there every morning and evening. I would stay here again if we come back to Kona.

Beautiful Condo; Perfect Location
We loved our stay. The condo is well laid out and large enough for all of us to have space with the large balcony as a favorite. The views are awesome and being right across from Magic Sands Beach was ideal. The owner provides everything you need for beach/pool days, as well as for days/nights in. Kitchen is well-stocked and bedrooms/bathrooms have everything you need. We can’t recommend this property enough. We loved it!

Comfy, Quiet place with great amenities for all ages.
The place is exactly how the place looks in pictures and or even better! The porch was a great addition along with nice sunrise views as well as plenty of seating room for all six of us to enjoy. The beds were comfy and clean, and lots of utensils and other common house items that were there. The mood of the place was very inviting as well as the people who were staying there made us feel right at home. The pool,hot tub, and beach were very well maintained and were wonderful to use! I would highly recommend this complex to others as well as stay again in the future.

Josh was a great host, he answered all questions promptly. The location and views of this property are unbelievable. The pool area and outdoor facilities are amazing. The condo was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints would be with some of the dishes pots and pans, they could definitely use an update and the carpets are extremely worn. I would stay at this complex again it is incredible.

Great stay in Kailua-Kona
We spent two weeks in this condominium unit and we loved it! It's a corner unit with a wrap-around lanai which we made good use of. Views of the ocean from the lanai, the mountains behind us with a constant parade of clouds. The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for the three of us. We appreciated the washer and dryer, too. A great spot to call home while you explore the island. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Condo!
We had a wonderful time during our 7 night stay at Josh's condo. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of seven that included 2 adults and 5 teens. Across the street from the beach and trolley pickup/drop off was ideal for our busy family! It was incredibly helpful to have the washer and dryer to throw in towels and clothes during our stay. We utilized the beach items in the condo, the pool, the community grill, and other items such as card games the condo was stocked with, making our stay very enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Mahalo!

Ok condo with Nice beach close by
Condo is ok but we have seen cleaner. Pool key was missing and we could not use pool or bbq on our first day. We could not reach the owner. Many dead birds on the balcony when we arrived and clim had been off for quite a while because it was crazy hot and it took 24h to make it comfortable. Great pool.

Perfect Place for our Family
We were pleasantly surprised to find this place feels even bigger than the photos. There is a lot of beach equipment, pool toys, plenty of toiletries etc. It stays relatively cool in there, but it also wasn’t blazing hot during our stay. The view is really good! We got some great photos! The beds are really comfortable, lots of extra bedding and pillows available. The elevator is a ways away from parking and there are a couple stairs to the elevator then also from the elevator to the door, so be aware of that. The couple little issues we had were promptly resolved by Joshua. Great place.

Great location. Space needs easy upgrades
The property is in an awesome location but it could be so much better. Linens and towels were so old, stained, and dated. The draws and cupboards and closets need cleaned out. The showers still had hair from previous guest and were in need of some deep cleaning. Replace your masking tape notes with labels and you'll really class up the place for your guests. It definitely has potential. Location couldn't of been better and parking was convenient as well. Great lanai, we made friends with a gecko who loved scrambled eggs.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. It was a good location for us to travel north and south. We were not impressed with the lack of any bath soap or dishwasher detergent upon arrival. Vivian did take care of that, but it seems pretty basic to make sure there is soap. The carpet runners in the entry way were stained and unattractive and the circuit breakers went off whenever we used the hair dryer. We were told the curtains in the master would be replaced next month, but they were shredded in one spot and looked like they should have been taken care of six months ago. The furniture and beds were fine and the kitchen was complete making it easy for us to eat in when we wanted. Because it was a corner condo, the lanai wrapped around and gave us views of the mountains at sunrise and the ocean at sunset.

Lovely piece of paradise
From rental agreement to checkout, Joshua was VERY communicative and helpful. The condo was a great space for 5 of us. Loved having 2 bathrooms…. Makes getting ready or clean up at end of day a breeze with 5 ppl ;) the views of the mountains at night was stunning. All the houses at night with their lights scattered on mountain side was beautiful. There are a lot of birds on this property that wake you up with their songs. We loved it! The AC was a welcome retreat at the end of a long warm day! This is on 3rd floor which gives you the views. There is an elevator a few doors down! The pool on property is well maintained. The grounds are as well. Across from Magic Sands beach my was great as I could do my morning walks and meditation at the beach and it was just a short walk away! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for all the things Kitchen was well stocked Washer/dryer worked great Lanai is a great place for breakfast and dinner ;) We would totally rent here again! Mahalo!

Great family location
This condo is quite well set out with lots of little extras. We had a 7 year old with us and he loved the pool and pool table. The wrap around deck is very nice as you get a wider view of the area. Magic Sands Beach is right across the road and a nice place to watch the sunset. There is a small part of the beach that has an easier access to the water which is helpful for younger children and older people. The beaches often have quite a lot of sharp lava rocks to traverse so next time we would come prepared with water shoes. There is some snorkeling gear and beach chairs in the condo which we used a lot! The place is not walking distance to the main centre but that is plus as that area really gets congested. If you have a car it's easy to drive there otherwise lots of ebikes, scooters and hop on hop off trolleys. The only issue we had was lights in one of the bedrooms. We let Josh know and just used another lamp that was being used. I would look at this rental again.
