Relax and enjoy this beautifully designed home within walking distance to White Sands Beach and yards away from some of the finest bodysurfing in Kona.

The main part of the house sits above street level with a beautiful partial ocean view. The entry doors open into the living room where you look out across the lanai and pool to the ocean. The kitchen and dining room and master bedroom share this wonderful view. The master bedroom has a king bed and large bath with marble shower and Japanese soaking tub. It also has its own separate access to the pool. You will love the small inviting ocean blue tile pool with rock waterfall. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with private entrance to the shared bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The studio has a separate entry at street level. It has a bedroom with a king bed , bath and kitchenette. The studio sleeps four with the sofa sleeper and is air conditioned. There is a large flat screen TV and a stereo. It has a large patio and outside seating .

The Base rate is for 6 guests. Additional guest fee will apply for more than 6 guests.

Amazing home
We stayed a week and had an amazing time. The host was very responsive to questions I had. The view from the patio is beautiful and made dinners and playing cards as a family so much fun. The place is perfect for a family and located well for all activities on the big island.

Kona Vacation
Our stay was fantastic and this home perfectly fit our family. We mostly used the lanai and BBQ. We loved the geckos and appreciated them for eating the bugs. The host had everything you need for cooking, going to the beach and guides for things to do in the area. Overall a perfect island beach vacation.

Paradise for ohana!
We had 7 adults staying here. Everyone could spread out. The pool was fantastic. We used the grill twice. We had breakfast outside every morning. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of tools and extras.

The house was perfect. We had a group of nine of us came there and there was plenty of room. In addition having the little mother-in-law apartment below was beautiful so we got a little bit of separation from the whole family. Would stay back here anytime

Just an amazing property. We had a pretty large group (8 adults and 2 small children) and felt there was plenty of space. Outdoor dining was a highlight and everything was well stocked. Plenty of fans that always creates good air floor in the house. Would definitely recommend!!!

The Perfect Beach stay!
This property was great for our adult and teen family of 6. Very relaxing and spacious. Sunsets were beautiful, we loved the little green gecko, natural ventilation was fine. The location was good from airport, shopping and quick drive to snorkel beach. About 8 min.walk to White Sands Beach. The private pool was a nice addition, a bit chilly this time of year, but usable. The owners had put together a super informative booklet of activities/locations of the island. Great communication. Overall this well-stocked property was greatly enjoyed by our family.

This was a very pleasant experience for my family. Easy check-in with a great view of the nightly sunsets. The house was spacious and true to the listing. The house was fully stocked with essentials for making meals, lounging on the beach or a day out snorkeling. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was also the best temperature we experienced (different condos) because the layout allowed for great cross breezes. The house has everything you need for the beach or pool too which helps with keeping your luggage light. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Amazing home in a great location
We just returned from our seven day stay and really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, very well stocked and super comfortable. We loved the pool- it is a great size and was surprisingly deep, which was appreciated by our group of all adults. It’s a comfortable walk to the nearby beaches, though we decided to spend most of our water time in the pool since the beaches were generally crowded. We didn’t use the lower level apartment though we did check it out. No direct access to the house or pool made it not as appealing to our son who had expressed interest in staying in it. The only drawback for us overall was that the driveway is extremely steep, so one of our party who has some mobility challenges could only leave if we were in the car. The host left a great book of info about what to do and where to go, along with current visitor guides and maps. If we come back to Kona this house would be our first choice for staying in this area. It would be great for a group of adults to share! We appreciated all of the extras and the cleanliness of the property inside and out meant we had very few if any of Hawaii’s famous bugs joining us.

Fully equipped! Walking distance to Magic Sands Beach! Took advantage of the boogie boards that were supplied. Quiet neighborhood and quaint location. Owner was quick to answer questions too. Thanks for having us!
