"The TV didn't work, cleanliness was decent, you can hear everything, so trying to sleep was hard, also the mattress you could feel the springs in places, so it was a very pleasant night sleep "

"All in all, its a decent accommodation for people who are looking to whizz through Birmingham. We needed a car to drive around to the NEC etc. This accommodation is not too far, but around 25 mins away from the centre of Birmingham by driving. Can't complain. "

"The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the room had tea coffee available. Breakfast was good as there was a nice selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the walls are not soundproof. So any noisy guests talking or banging doors would be an inconvenience. The shower took a bit of tuning to get the temperature right. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper.
