"The room was perfectly fine for an overnight in Manuel Antonio before going to the park in the morning. It is steps away from the enterance of the park. The downside was the intense smell of the cleaning products used. "

"Adrian, the person who prepares and serves breakfast, was very friendly. On top of that, we saw macaws in the trees by the pool. The place was a bit out of the way and quiet, which we like, with nice rooms and a pool. You feel like you’re in the forest. We would definitely go back. Highly recommended. Very affordable rooms too and a short drive to everything you’d want to see. Only five kilometers to Manuel Antonio Park and one kilometer to Quepos, the main town. "This place is picturesque and has potential, but the staff was inattentive and seemed bothered when we asked for anything. We had to search the grounds for someone to come to check us in. The bartender wasn’t around for at least the first 20 mins of happy hour. We were told a lot of things were not done properly (room cleaning) or not working (hot tub) b/c of electricity issues (to be fair, it is rainy season and there were thunderstorms each night and it sounds like they were working off...
