"We have stayed at a lot of VRBO houses and I was skeptical that this one would live up to the amazing pictures - but it did and more! This is a beautiful house on an incredible property. Waking up with a view of the ocean, swimming in the private pool - my husband, kids, and I loved every minute of it. We saw monkeys, toucans, an iguana, tons of lizards, and even a sloth. The owner is very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back some day!"

"We had an amazing time staying with you! Oscar, our concierge, was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we booked to the day we left, he was always available to meet our needs, arranging airport transportation, coordinating the delivery and pickup of our rental car at the house, and ensuring everything went smoothly. "We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"

"Great location. House was cleaned twice in our six days when we expected it would not be! We arrived late due to heavy rains and late flights, but the concierge stayed in touch and assisted us. Then waking up in the morning we were pleased to have a supply of coffee waiting for us. Area is tereific, great restaurants with a great view. We truly enjoyed the house and our stay"

"We loved our stay in Uvita. There was so much room for 3 couples to enjoy. Photos do not even capture the beauty of the place. Our 4WD handles the steep driveway well. Licho the property manager was super helpful and friendly. It rained most of our trip and the covered areas outside were wonderful for dinners protected from the elements. I will definitely be back. "Amazing home. Perfect for a large family, couples, or multiple families. A lot to do within 5 minutes. Pool and pool table were such a huge benefit for the days you feel like hanging out. Escape Villas management (Carlos) was A and so were the maids. Absolutely would return with family or group of friends.Convenience store, restaurant, and zip line park are 2 blocks away…but you feel secluded in a nice little safe neighborhood. "
