"I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them...

"I stayed at the Pineola for 4 nights for work. It was very clean and comfortable. The property was pretty and I would love to try one of the cabins sometime. It was convenient to not have to check in, since the property just provides an access code to get into your room, but I sometimes had trouble getting the door to lock appropriately. I didn't see or interact with any staff, but found the room to be clean every time I returned in the evening and when I let them know about my trouble...

"I stay at Hampton Inn’s fairly frequently so compared to the other locations I was disappointed with this one. There is a huge draft in the elevator. Felt like at least 10 degrees colder. High top chairs in the common area were falling apart, literally! "
