The property could use some major updates, I felt like it was 2003. The wallpaper is peeling in the hallways, the furniture in the rooms is very dated, the shower head was gross and built up with grime, the TV was from 2010, and the AC unit was very loud. But, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and I was comfortable!

Building seems a little older but still clean. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Front desk check in was very friendly. Located near plenty of dining options. The River Tri-Cities church is amazing and just down the road.

I enjoyed the layout of the rooms, however the rooms needed work and I understand they are in the middle of renovations, but specifically in our room the shower door would not slide, it was broken and the toilet ran every 10 minuses. Again while I can understand renovations are being completed at the property, I don’t understand renting a room that’s in need of work.

The property was very conveniently located. I was traveling for work so I didn’t do any shopping but there is a mall next door and quite a few dining options very near, including a restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The two staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
