Beachfront room was absolutely gorgeous. $14 resort fee was not disclosed at the time of Expedia booking .when I inquired about what’s included in resort fee, the answer was access to the pool, etc. Temperature was 40° and I don’t think they should’ve charged this. I requested for an hour late check out, but was denied."
