"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Stay was fun and place was clean. Could use a little improvement. Couch was u comfortable and coffeetable broken. The bikes def need some attending to. The table outside is very nice but a little too high; needs adjusting. Hot tub was wonderful and it was quiet for sleeping. "

"Overall the property was nice, great locaqtion being very close to the beach, and very large house with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. Only downfall is it didn't have very many amenities, such as no coffee filters to brew coffee, no seasonings for cooking, no board games of even cards. "

"The good: convenient location, quiet, bed was comfortable, the little patio in the back is nice. The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)"

"The cottage was just as described in the online write up and photos. Very clean with lots of nice amenities and truly only steps away from the beach. I will definitely come back again when I can!"

"This was a very smooth, perfect 5 night visit. The property offered us everything that we could need. It was a short drive to Duval St and all of the activities in Key West yet the property was very peaceful with a wonderful waterfront patio that we sat out on and enjoyed. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. I have to mention the incredible responsiveness of the property manager. Every question that I had they responded to within minutes which was very much appreciated. "

"Overall it was good, I wish our porch was facing the sun so we could enjoy the outside more as it was a little chilly. The house was clean except the floors, instead of vacuuming they needed a good sweeping and mopping! Communication with management and staff was almost non existent! We didn’t have garbage bags, dishwasher soap, or a stopper for the sink so we always had to use the dishwasher! When I texted the manager it took days for their team to respond!"

"Great location on Canal street. Street car for transportation was wonderful. Only used our car one day out of 4.The place was comfy. And loved that we walked to very good eating places multiple times within blocks of the house. Host was responsive."

"I've stayed here before and overall, it's not a bad place for the price. People live here so the smell of strong food and garlic is usually pretty prominent, but overall, I like it. They still have a lot of damage from the recent storms, so they have a lot of work to do to get it back tothe way it was.."
