"Customer service is A at this property. Staff are very polite and responsive. Great location, steps from the beautiful white sand beach. We had a huge room with balcony ocean-view. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. We felt safe walking late at night. Great pool on the 8th floor. Free laundry was a plus. They supply bottled drinking water. Valet parking was $43 with tax per night. Resort fee was $40 with tax per night. Next time we...

"Lots of pools and things to do. Not much in line if breakfast. Ate at the Italian Restaurant for breakfast and was very good. Would like to have had more selections. Would have liked s’mores and workout at island grand too not just RumFish. Overall great resort with many enjoyable features."

"Did not expect to pay another $35 a day after paying over $450 a night for a resort fee. You should have a choice to pay for the extras that we never would have used…except for the bottled water. Ended up being very expensive bottled water!"

"It was a fun place to stay. The location was great and was easy to get a chair on the beach. They had most of the property back in great shape after last year's hurricanes. The only thing was that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working making long waits if you wanted to use them. Was not a huge deal since we used the stairs since we were only on the 4th floor. "
