"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "

"Spent an extra $170 a night for a beachfront room, which was not beachfront. The only “beachfront” rooms are labeled premium beachfront, not just “beachfront”. It’s tricky and the pictures of the rooms specifically don’t show you the view. Additionally, arrived at the property at 2:30; didn’t get a room assigned until almost 6pm. "The hurricane did lots of damage so they were still working on the hotel. Other then that everything was great but the housekeepers we had to go get coffee and creamers and toilet paper they did not replenish stuff well"
