"The hotel is very well located, close to a metro station. It has everything you need, including an electric kettle, fridge, plates, and cutlery for having some fruit or tea in the evening. The sheets were changed every night. The hotel charged us in advance for the five nights we stayed. The area is very safe. The only downside was the internet, which kept cutting out at night. Additionally, the service staff didn’t offer any tours or directions to local attractions, so we had to figure that out...

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "

"They have a microwave that you can use for any meals, and they also have shaving kits, shaving gel, combs, hair ties, in little little packets near the lobby for your use. This is in addition to the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, and mini toothpaste, that they have in each of the rooms. Staff were friendly, professional, and polite. Asking for two extra pillows and an extra blanket was no trouble at all."

"First time to try a capsule hotel, exceeding my expectations! This women’s only hotel is amazing facilities, hot springs on the 8th floor. Very clean & all well thought off, food always available (Japanese rice, miso soup), ice cream & happy hour late afternoon included when you stayed - very rare in Tokyo! Walkable to Tokyo Tower, Shiba Park & a few izakayas near the shimbashi stn. Will def"

"It’s a little over a 10 min walk (with luggage and if using station exit 2B with the elevator) but everything else is great. It is quiet and convenient. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious (for Tokyo standards). Will definitely stay here again the next time!"

"There's no staff reception or check in staff at the property, but you can easily contact someone on the iPads located on the ground floor. Our room was very compact, but had everything we needed, there was even a bathtub, which is pretty sweet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the property was within a comfortable walking distance of a train station. All-in-all, a great budget-concious option."
