"The property is steps from the Uniqlo Flagship store, steps to amazing restaurants, and very close to many convienent stores. Although it's super convenient, my husband and I weren't sure if we liked our room at first. We were on the fifth floor with no sunlight (facing another building) and our room and bed just felt really small and it felt cramped (which we were honestly expecting). However, we spoke to one of the hotel staff after our first night and asked if it was possible to upgrade. We spoke with Harada and she was the most kind and friendly person!! She helped us upgrade our room to a bigger room with sunlight with a bigger bed and more space! We absolutely loved it. I think once we got the upgrade we fell in love with the hotel. It was such a nice and affordable upgrade and it made a huge difference. Our new room felt a lot cleaner too and brighter (both figuratively and literally)!. Thank you to Harada for making our experience at this hotel a great one! Everything from check in to check out was a smooth process. OH! Also the hotel provided UMBRELLAS when it was raining which was so wonderfully considerate. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and it was absolutely lovely. "
