"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."

"This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. We very much enjoyed our time here and would Highly recommend this property!"

"We stayed at this location with seven adults and three teenagers. We had ample space with comfortable beds, pillows and bedding for everyone. Upstairs kitchen was well equipped with a variety of dishes and utensils. The location is conveniently located, with a three-minute walk to the Yotsugi (local) station and Family Mart, and several small restaurants. We loved the bakery located around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and well lit, making for a quiet respite after busy days in Tokyo....
