"Staff was helpful and welcoming. Relatively clean facility. Capsule area was very quiet and clean, with pulldown screen for privacy. The pillow style (ideal for back sleeping) not so much for changing sleep positions in the night (not a deal breaker). Public facilities were also relatively clean and easy to use during stay. "This is a very nice place, very clean and very quiet. The cubicle is perfect for an overnight stay, complete with what you need for a short visit (storage under the bed, comfortable bed, tv, pajamas, towels). The shower is clean and spacious. The 711 is across the street, with many other dining options. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Some capsule hotels are sort of a bother to stay at, but this one was easy. The check-in was smooth, there was a shoe locker by the entrance, the capsules were surprisingly spacious (for capsules), the sleeping room was generally very quiet, Wifi was steady, the toilets were ample, the bathroom sinks were nice, the garbage cans were easy to find and easy to use...all in all, a nice stay. No "checking out" every time you left the building; I just walked to the shoe locker, put on my shoes and...

"The room we stayed at was the triple room with the bunk beds and tatami mats. It was more spacious than I expected. There was also a women’s only washroom which was nice. The room and washroom were both clean. About a 15 min walk from stations so it was a bit further out. "

"Old building from past era but I am familiar with those times. Need to replace old toilets with new modern TOTO western ones. I don’t recommend it for people who can’t tolerate tobacco "

"Conveniently located at the heart of Tokyo, walkable for offices in Nihombashi (business) or to major attractions. Having a kitchen and dining area makes it easier to dine-in (all the necessary dishes and cookware provided). Great plus for me was the laundry dryer that I didn’t need to pack extra clothes for the trip."

"This property was awesome! My biggest destination was Disney Tokyo parks - my commute to the park was easy and quickplus going home was so easy as Shiomi was not where the locals were exiting at, after a long day this was convenient. To get to the major tourist destinations was also very easy being next to the Shiomi station. Only drawback I had was not finding many food options arriving back home anywhere from 8-11pm. Hotel is awesome, wish there were more local dining options. "
