It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. "We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....
