"The staff were all pleasant. I was on a solo trip so I enjoy solo activities but it was also great to meet other folks from around the world to connect with, grab a drink or bite. The location was great as it was just a block from the beach. The only thing I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. "

"An excellent location on Lazo Cardenas. Even though is is on the edge of the area with all of the clubs the noise from music 🎶 is not too bad. It is about the same as hearing a neighbour's stereo. The wall between the hotel and club next door is solid concrete and eliminates much of the sound of music. "Great unit and staff. Staff was very accommodating. We had the staff do laundry for us and for $10 US they dis a large garbage bag, folded and hung the clothes. Super impressed. The hills are a lot but not impossible. Ubers from the main areas run $4-$6. "

"Staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. Our casita was very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, only lacking a micro wave oven. Pool was great and accessible, plus chairs and loungers. For people with mobility issues the property has a lot of open air stairs but within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. We would love to return."

We couldn’t of asked for such a wonderful guy helping us with everything we needed. The rest of the staff were very good as well. It’s a nice friendly atmosphere and close to everything.
