"My stay here was perfect for someone who was just having a night out with mates. I went to the football at 3 and checked in around 6pm seamlessly. I had an allocated bed in the dormitory and it was still vacant when I arrived in at 4am. Check out was 1030 and issueless. The property has a lot of charm but needs a little tlc. The bathroom is basic and shower not great but the rest of the facilities in the room were good. "I would recommend a stay here for the fabulous central location. The room was clean and check in instructions were very clear. Please be aware there was no reception as such, but if needed you can leave your luggage at the bar next door, and there were emergency contacts listed. We didn't need any of this but good to know. "We had a couple of nights stay in the New Inn and it was a lovely clean comfortable place. Great check in and access to a fridge, plates and cutlery if you need it. Chinese restaurant just a minute walk away which was really good. There was a fish and chip place too but unfortunately it was closed while we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here though, nice safe friendly little village with a great community shop five minute walk away. "
