"Probably the best value hotel room I’ve stayed in. Yes, the hotel is old, dated and in urgent need of some repair. BUT for £60 for a large room, castle view and walkable distance to all of the tourist attractions, it’s a good deal. Not sure what the deal was with the little homemade sandwiches in the foyer though….? Btw, I’m actually a local resident and was staying here for one night while I was exchanging/completing on my property. Served its purpose well. "

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times. Always very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. Well equipped rooms with TV, hairdryers, good quality quiet wall mounted fans and coffee making facility. "

"This is a simple budget friendly hotel. I paid GBP70 for a one night stay. The room was small but very clean, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy and the room was a comfortable temperature. I did not need a desk to work at so that was not an issue. For a one night crash over it was more than adequate. Breakfast was very very simple. Just toast and jam, coffee and juice from concentrate. But given a lot of hotels at this price point would not include anything its was welcome and saved me...

"Perfect area for transportation like bus or train stations 3 minutes walking from bus or tube station. Kensington is a nice area. bob communicated so fast with me. Great amenities for price and place. Would recommend your stay w bob"

"The hotel is convenient for Battersea Park and the rooms basic but comfy bed. Front of the hotel faces onto busy road but other rooms are quieter. No breakfast option isn't an issue as local shops stock products and the rooms have microwave, kettle, plates and cuttlery"

"Staff were very helpful in accommodating my need for a bright room with two beds for myself and my daughter. A few electrical issues were promptly fixed by the onsite maintenance who were fast and friendly too! "
