"The rooms were clean and the reception staff was helpful! Very convenient location next to the underground station and plenty of dining/pub options nearby. The shower took a while for the water to heat up and the pillows were a bit flat but not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I’d recommend this place to those who are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a short trip. "

"Hotel is located in an excellent area, next to the city centre, Victoria Station is at few mins walk. Price is very reasonable. Reception staff was very friendly and polite although the areas and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, I guess there’s an issue of dirty water coming back into the toilet. "

"Our room was freshly painted and bathroom very tight, but not bad for a quick overnight stay! The manager/owner of the property did us the big favor of holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The area is great! Lots of great and cozy restaurants and bars, including a small but cool shopping area near by. Lastly, my wife left her Apple watch in the room and great to know it was kept safe with manager/owner. We appreciate the excellent customer service! "

"We booked last minute due to having to cancel our trip into France because they closed the station due to finding an unexploded bomb from WWII. With that being said it was our first time staying in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are small of course if you are traveling with lots of luggage which we were. "Overall, the property is an excellent spot for a heavy sleeper. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, but conversely this does make it quite noticable when trains are arriving/departing. As a deep sleeper this was not an issue, but for someone who is more prone to sounds at night, this could be problematic. This building is in the older part of London and as such does not have central AC available in rooms. Luckily high ceilings were able to mitigate a lot of the heat, but it...

"Absolutely lovely. Well lit leading to hotel, safe area to walk late at night, and the right amount of space. Staff always helpful and kind. Heads up if you have a large suitcase as there is no lift. Coffee and tea available in lobby, and a little sink in the room. All of about ten minutes from major train station, less for smaller one.
