"Very relaxing hotel, with stylish, cool atrium. Food was excellent, as were all the staff. Definitely not your average airport hotel. Only complaint was the room was way too hot and the a/c very poor, Easy walk to T4; within 10mins you can be on the Elizabeth Line. Warning though; we stayed here then transferred to T3 via the train. There is a lot of walking involved. "Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

"Both the exterior and interior are absolutely beautiful. Staff are extremely warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for london; they were also accommodating for allergies. Despite it being so central, all we could hear overnight and in the morning was birdsong! The room seemed clean, apart from a very questionable patch of dried liquid on the chair, and some milk past its best in the fridge. Overall a lovely stay"
