"Stayed in Indy to see comedian Jeff Arcuri at the Old National Theater. This hotel offered prime location, and FREE parking! We booked the hotel a couple months in advance, and when their elevators were down, they messaged us to let us know, incase we needed better accommodations, and needed to cancel the booking and rebook elsewhere. "The staff was good however; I was told by the desk girl, Jessie, that I could reach out to expedia for a refund I requested and expedia says the hotel hasn't responded. Jessie was good, she made check in easy. I didnt care for the noise. There were kids running down the hall at all hours of the night. They would let the doors slam. Over all I'd stay again but not use a 3rd party."
