"The beds were ok, but i pd. For 2 queen beds and got 2 full size. There was a big hole in the carpeting and their was no phone in the room. When we asked for one the hirl was on her cell phone and didn’t even look up. She just said, ill put in a maintenance order tomorrow. Well we were leaving in the morning. I was very dossapointed on the condition of the room. "

"We traveled to Muncie to enroll my daughter at Ball State. The staff was very professional and kind. The pool was small, but very clean as was the fitness center. I didn't eat breakfast but my wife and daughter said it was good. We will definitely stay again while visiting my daughter at school. "

Charged our friends an extra $25 to check in a little early even though their rooms were ready and waiting. Had to get someone to let you into pool area. Room key wasn’t allowed. Accessible room had a bathtub not truly accessible and NO COUNTER SPACE"
