Staff are not there after 10. I got there from a party like at 1 AM and a random guy inside the hotel tried to talk to me and asked if he could go to my room. I did not feel safe.

Everything was good, really clean, super nice cleaning staff. Though the pool area was super dark. A whole bunch of can lights were off, which made the me assume the pool lights weren’t even on to begin with. Went to ask at the front desk and they said that’s how bright it would get cause the lights needed to be replaced by staff. Noticed a second staff went after me to take a look a he said “damn it is real dark in there”… I think that’s a huge safety hazard bc of how dark it’s in there w almost over half can lights off. Someone could be drowning and people won’t be able to tell as easy.

Hotel itself is easy to access and well laid out. The rooms seem to be very clean with all the standard amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Check-in was a breeze. Shortly after getting to our room, we found that our toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance was gone for the day, but despite being sold out, the front desk employee was able to find us a new room. We had issues with the key cards for the new room, but this employee was there in an instant with new cards for us. He was very accommodating and friendly when helping us with this issue, and we are grateful to have received amazing service from such a stellar employee.

This hotel was nice, relatively clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. We had a handicap room even though we did not need or request it, so the shower was difficult to use and not ideal. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The pictures make this property look brand new. It is in fact very outdated, not so much dirty. The rooms are terribly cramped with oversized furnishings instead of sleek designed pieces to enhance the room size. I’ve never been to a best western that was this run down, my expectations for a best western “plus” were a little higher considering this is a “plus”. Neither my expectations or standard for a basic hotel were met.

Stayed here the weekend of the Indy Eras Tour, when we first arrived we had to wait a bit as rooms weren’t clean from the previous nights guests. The wait wasn’t too long and the front desk was doing all that they could to expedite the process. The only negative remark I have is that the bed pillows were on the lumpy side.
