We love staying at the plaza but it was under construction inside and out and the downtown area as well. I wish they stated this during booking.

No tv for 3 days staying. Remodel woke us up at 8:30 the first morning and 10:00 the 2nd day. Sounded like they were going to come right through our wall. Could not even talk in the room to my son since it was so loud!

Property is a complete mess, construction everywhere, o parking. The rooms are archaic, you cannot walk into the bathroom without banging into the door or toilet. The only redeeming quality is the location to Luca oil stadium.

Great location to stadium and convention center, several dining options within walking distance. Cool history in the renovation of the former train shed and central station into rooms and meeting spaces. There is no self parking so you have to pay $50 foot valet or park in one of city parking garages and walk. City garages only charge $15-20 while I was there but do require you to walk a few blocks which some people may not like.

Extremely convenient to get to Convention Center or Lucas. Staff was helpful, especially valets. Hotel undergoing renovation so a bit loud and room smelled like glue/paint when we first arrived. Breakfast was fair.
