"Charlie's Place was delightful! A cozy retreat - clean and just as pictured with comfortable furnishings and an amazing shower. It offers a terrific lake view from inside and out. After a day of exploring the town, we enjoyed coming back to relax with a drink and snacks on the front patio. Great location, easy to get to local dining and shopping - Lake City Creamery was a favorite. "I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the house, how exceptionally clean and welcoming it was. I was made to feel at home and the accommodations were exceptional. Cannot wait to stay again."

"This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately.
