"Great place to stay and a great location!"

"The condo was comfortable and in a good location for visiting Butler. However, the check-in process was difficult because one step in the instructions was confusing and the lock box for the key fob was broken. I reached out to customer service the day before check-in and did not receive a response. When I arrived at the property I was told that the lock box was offline and it took almost an hour to identify the key for the unit. Apparently they asked the cleaning service to remove all the keys...

"Great location and comfortable. Roomy. Wish it had a dresser in the bedroom. We were woken up at 1am from loud, booming music and screaming voices on a Thursday night. Lasted until past 2:30 even with us pounding on the wall. Contacted host the next day for advice but were told they couldn't do anything as it was another short term rental unit. Fortunately it didn't happen the next night. "

"It was pretty good for price & location. No water pressure in either bathroom sinks...literally a trickle, water heater too small for multiple morning showers...started getting cold toward end of 2nd quick shower. Could have used one more chair in living room, 4 adults with one small chair and a small sofa was pretty cramped. Overall very functional and a great location."

"Everything about this property is done well. The apartment was extremely clean, well taken care of, and had everything you could possibly need. And everything is labelled to make it easy to find what you need. The host was in contact just the right he amount of times. "
