"Our dad hosts a family vacation every year and we love coming to FL in March to escape the cold. This was a great house that our whole family enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked. Patty was easy to work with and answered our questions. Plenty of kayaks for the whole family to enjoy the water. We saw manatees and a variety of fish. It was close to the Springs - beautiful water and wildlife. Everyone had a great time and would come back again! Thanks Patty for sharing your house! "

"My wife and I spent the weekend here with two other couples. Right off a main road on the south side of Kings Bay, right on the canal with easy access to Plantation Adventures. Took the kayaks out into the bay and got to see a number of manatees! Everything described by the host is spot on. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Crystal River!"

"We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Crystal River is a wonderful get away for a quiet and relaxing trip. We have stayed with this owner before and he always makes you feel at home, we prefer his properties because of his hospitality and attention to comfort for guests. Things have changed a little from the photos, likely due to storm damage last year and the foutons are no longer there but we had just enough beds for our group. The privacy screen for the bunk room was also perfect. The heated pool was fantastic and the kids loved how deep it was, it was great for their cannonball tricks. The kids also enjoyed crabbing and fishing from the docks as well as the games in the game room/garage. "
