Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. "This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. "I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
