"Staff"

"Staff were great but the elevators sounded like they could breakdown any minute and the hallways were very noisy. Rooms not very clean. Have stayed multiple times in this same hotel due to location to the Museum district and standards have lowered for sure. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Very well lit and off the main road. Good rooms for the price. "

"It was very easy booking the reservation. The location was very convenient to the venue I was attending. The staff were super sweet. The only negative I could say is that in my particular room there were some tiles that were wobbly at the sink and would move when I walked across them and they made quite a bit of noise. But otherwise this was a fabulous place to stay in Rosemont."

"The pillows for the king size bed were very small. There was also roadwork being done, but some warning comes to alert drivers to the road hazard would have helped"
