"This is a basic hotel, no frills. We stayed for 3 nights to be in town after being on Playa Negra for 3 nights. Beds and bathroom are basic but suffice. Hot water is questionable, but honestly a nice cool shower after sweating all fay is fine by me. Breakfast was adequate, check in was smooth. Other reviewers noted the lack of tv (we had room 8, a king bed with balcony) but we didn't even use the tv in the beachfront hotel, so not a big deal to us. Wifi was stable. "We arrived and had to wait 40 minutes before anyone would even check us in because there was no one in the office.
