"Buyer beware. Not as described. Owner refused to give money back. Would never recommend this place. This is advertised as a villa with an open concept kitchen and living room and dining area. Here's what it actually is: three hot concrete bedrooms. They do not connect inside at all. All with out side locks. A concrete patio with a sink a refrigerator and two metal shelves. "We arrived around 5 to this place after booking months ahead to find our condo was rented to another family . This was the busy season so it was very difficult to find a room for 5 of us at the last minute. Horrible experience!!! This owner should not be allowed to rent though VRBO"

"This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric. Next time -maybe- we'll consider rafting from the airport 😉"
