"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper. "Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "
