"Received a very warm welcome. Lovely clean room with very comfy bed. Excellent facilities. Tea/ coffee facilities with additional range of drinks. Gluten-free cake on arrival. Lovely shower room. "Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"Stayed here for 2 days. Very close to the train station, as well as the bus stop for local buses to nearby villages. It was perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable as well, and I slept like a baby. NOTE: There's no door to the bathroom (only a curtain). If you're sharing a room, make sure you're comfortable with this."
