"Excellent service by everyone at this hotel. The cleanliness was lacking though. We found a whole bunch of hair in the bathroom and on our bed sheets. The attention to detail while cleaning this suite was not good. We also did not haave a working AC unit. It got really hot in our room. We propped the door open to get some cold air from the hallway in, and Joseph from maintenance walked by and knew right away that we were having trouble with our AC. "We stayed here to be close to the airport to catch a 7 am flight. The place was clean and quiet. We caught an uber to downtown Bourbon street which was reasonably priced. The free shuttle in the morningwas perfect."
