"The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. "Condo was worth the money and would stay again. We read one review and it stated the 1st floor hallways had an unpleasant odor which was true. This odor was from a nearby seafood restaurant once we realized this it wasn't so bad. The condo itself was clean and didn't have this odor. "

"My husband and I stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was amazing and the hotel is everything you want from an old world, New Orleans experience. The location is perfect for a week walking and exploring the Quarter. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping, do not skip the roof top pool! It is heated and the view is incredible. It is not a modern monstrosity of steal and cement. It is a beautiful and historical building. "

"the room was nothing special. It had no fridge and the bathroom space was small. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They kept the property feeling safe. They were attentive to your needs whether it was opening a door or giving directions and suggestions. Walgreens was 2 doors down and there were many amazing restaurants within a few block. Because of the staff and great location I would definitely stay there again. "
