" The rooms were clean and comfortable. Outside was pure ice on the pavement it was extremally slippery and very hard to find parking space."

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and the floors seemed like they weren't mopped but the staff were extremely nice and I do believe that kind of customer service goes a long way. "I liked it's close / walkable distance to Grant Park, several Chicago Loop train stops, and other attractions. Rooms and faciliteis were fine. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a security guard at night to check entrants to make sure they are guests who have a room booked."
