"As a travel agent it is undergoing a lot different f construction. The lay out is confusing. The room was cold in the living room but the bedrooms were muggy. The water park and pool was excellent for the kids. The restaurants were excellent but, the morning buffet was expensive and the pancakes and French toast was hard from sitting too long."

"Its been like 2 years in a row that we went to enjoy the new year eve celebrations for free, but this last time the hotel was changed 100 dollars for guess ( we didn’t receive any information about it) so it’s not convenient anymore to stay in the hotel. We’re from miami and we traveled just for the convenience of having the party in the same location as where we were staying.
