"Good hotel located at a nice location, with english speaking staff. The reception and the room cleaning staff was friendly. There is a restaurant attached with the hotel that has very nice food options, including the buffet. I wanted to checkout late and was willing to pay for the extra hours, but I was told that it was not possible at all. But I stayed in the hotel in the reception area and deposited my luggage until the evening."

"The property was beautiful and the breakfast was great. We did NOT receive a room upgrade, (which has become the norm,) as the 2 most valuable perks for almost all travelers are a room upgrade or early check-in or late check-out....which are the ones rarely given. Many times we have had to miss an included breakfast due to flight times, and non-drinkers training for races don't need or use alcohol. The bathroom would be great if it included a towel rack or hook for bath towels; I am not sure...

"I received a bottle of wine but just one wine glass and no wine bottle opener, I bought one in the area, I asked for a second wine glass and never received it so we share the one we have, nothing major but details make the difference. "
