I booked my stay at Reforma Guest House because I was staying nearby at a highly rated hotel but they were sold out for the last 2 nights of my stay in Mexico City and I had to move. She gave us the wrong keys and would not help us when we could not open the door. Her housekeeper came and confirmed that the keys were wrong.
