The room was a little dated but that did not hinder our stay and we loved returning everyday from our adventures in CDMX to our room! "It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"Location is amazing. The hotel is clean and has decent amenities - however I was told that pool access at the Andaz is no longer provided. The staff is enthusiastic and well-meaning, however the execution was sometimes lacking, for example being charged by the hotel for a spa treatment that I paid for directly (which they did remove from the bill) or following up with the concierge multiple times to get responses. "

"The Hotel Bristol has been in operation for 53 years, and I haven't yet found a staff person who has been here less than 20 years. This is one of those increasingly rara institutions where the owners are clearly doing something right. The hotel is nearly always close to full; and though the rooms are dated, everything is meticulously maintained, and you really feels like you're entering an extension of your own home."

"This hotel was the absolute best for our stay in Mexico City. Not only was it a safe & quiet area, but it was also close to restaurants that were within walking distance. The front staff was so helpful, they let us drop our luggage off early and kept it safe until check-in. Them having security 24 hours a day was also great for peace of mind. It also never hurts to have a Starbucks connected! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Excellent hotel all around - great, quiet location in Roma Norte (sometimes seemed a little too quiet, we wouldn't have minded a little more city bustle) with many restaurants and a street market nearby, and close enough to the Centro Historico, Chapultepec Castle etc to make it easy to cover the major sights easily. The staff was efficient and friendly. There is a nice gym, laundry (bring your own detergent) and outdoor terrace area that we enjoyed as well. We recommend this hotel."
