"Great value for the cost. Self check-in was super convenient, and the neighborhood is the best in CDMX in my opinion. Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right. "No outside windows. Reduced amount of air/oxygen in the rooms as a result. Mexico City is already on a high elevation with a reduced amount of oxygen, so be careful if this is your first trip to the city, this hotel may exacerbate your high altitude sickness symptoms. Also, since all the windows are into the indoor hall it gets super loud, you can hear everything that's happening in the halls and there's no any kind of enforcement for noise reduction. Their checkout is also really early at 10am...

"Do not book this property. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The host does not communicate and there is nobody on-site to help in any way. They promised check-in instructions but I didn’t get anything until 9pm the day of check-in! Which means I was stuck on the street! When I finally got in, I found the place to be very poor quality.
