"Vet cute hotel, with a nicely appointed room. I had the single room (which is indeed small compared to American hotel rooms but it is exactly as it looks in the photo). It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. And my room didn't face the street so it was remarkably quiet for a Paris hotel room in a busy neighborhood with lots going on. And the location was perfect. I walked to all the sightsin the Marais and the coffee and boulangerie options are plentiful. "

"Not my first time in Paris and I enjoy staying away from touristic areas. Hotel Mareuil is perfectly located to still go to all the sites but explore great neighborhoods too. Despite being off a busy road, rooms are quiet. Rooms are clean, tasteful, modern and efficient (though all Paris hotel bathrooms can seem small to Americans). Staff very helpful and kind. Did not take breakfast but great boulangerie Utopie a block away. "
