We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. "In general we ara satisfied with our stay. Receptionists were helpfull especially Asya. The sofa bed in the living room has to be fixed. The technician came but couldnt fix it. Having free and good coffee in the lobby is a very good service. There are 3-4 metro stations nearby and a bus station in front of the hotel. Also the hotel is very close to Place des Vosges and Marais."
