Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. "Pros:The apartment was great for our group of three (one adult, two kids). The location is better than I imagined, close to Hotel d’Ville and Notre Dame. We walked everywhere and easily took the metro when our legs were tired. The beds were comfortable for us and we appreciated that the there was a guest Netflix account on the television. The washer worked well and laundry detergent was supplied. The check in and check out process were super easy. For the cons, the towels could use replacing...

The Vrbo has all the maps, books and anything else about Paris you could need. The location is perfect we were able to walk to transportation, Eiffel tower, multiple cafe's, bakeries, coffee shops, crepes and more. "Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again."
