The guy at the front desk said we can’t get into a room till 3:00 even if the room was ready. Strictly no early entry nor late checkout. "The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"Pros: great centralized location near good food and metro stops, front desk staff friendly and helpful. After the 4th day we got really nice, soft bath towels. Cons: there was a lot of street noise (trucks) as early as 5:30 am every morning, the hotel's hot water heater broke during our stay and we almost had to find another hotel. "Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage.
