"My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. "It's located right across from a church, so every hour you will hear church bells to indicate the time, and one bell for the half hour mark. The stairs are crooked and narrow, and the elevator can hold maybe 2 people. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are many cafes and restaurants around, one right below the hotel so you will hear chatter if the windows are open. Our room had a slanted floor. "

"Had a very nice 3 night stay. Hotel is in a good location and close to metro and bus links. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Basement room is small and would benefit some background music. Staff were very good - except for one rude, miserable lady who looked after breakfast on one day. All the others were pleasant and friendly."
