"We got there early morning, champagne welcome. Sascha at the desk said he would get us to our room early and he did. The breakfast is fantastic, fruits, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, bacon, multiple breads including GF, fresh juices etc R$99 (about $17).A few of the staff speak english and go the extra yard to help you with any needs you might have whether it's making a reservation for an event at The Roxy or simply suggestions on how to get around. Thank you to Iris and Joseph from the wait sraff....
