"Spent 12 days here recently. Nice clean but simple rooms. You are issued a key card that you have to put in a slot to run the lights and the a/c unit. Wasn't really a issue as the room did cool off quickly in the afternoon heat. Daily room cleaning wasn't necessary. If you wanted cleaning, you leave your key card at the front desk and the service was provided. Pool area was clean and with some nice views of the city. Pool was on the cooler side, but refreshing in the hot afternoons. Will definitely stay here again!! "

"Had a bad experience in the restaurant with the waiter. Did not make us feel welcome at all and we heard him talking to the bartender saying we were Americans. Didnt let us sit where we wanted and it WAS NOT busy at all. Also didnt have tonic water for our drinks which was on the menu. Other than that experirnce, it was excellent. "

"The property is an older property, not the fanciest but the location is amazing, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and cheerful despite my very limited Spanish language skills and the air conditioning worked. What more could you ask? There are a lot of stairs, but I knew this when I chose the hotel, so it was expected. The only minor complaint that I would have it the lack of a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room, but I also knew this when I chose the hotel, so it was not expected. They do have free coffee in the morning, and we had the breakfast included so it was a good start to the day. For us, the pros of the property far outweigh the cons."
