Decent Stay, but the common Kitchen facilities was a Letdown
The on-site staffs were the only 5-star part of this hotel—very friendly and helpful.
The room was basic but as expected for the price. The bed was okay, but horrible lumpy pillows. Privacy was lacking since the rooms overlook the pool and are very close together.
The biggest issue was the common kitchen—it was dirty, disorganized, and lacked essentials like plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses. There were plenty of pots, pans and had a microwave and fridge, but without basic items, it was frustrating. We suggest the hotel provide these essentials with a deposit system for guests. When traveling, you don’t want to buy kitchenware just for a short stay.
