"Possibly the best hotel in Acapulco. The rooms are a bit dated but the service, lobby, resturaunts and pool area more than make up for it. Pay for the breakfast buffet, its worth it. "

"We loved our 10 day stay at Holiday Inn Ixtapa! Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was wonderful! Food was very good! Would stay again. The manager was very good to us during our stay and upgraded us to a room with a king size bed and better view. The beach was great for walking and the view was beautiful! Would stay again. "Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!! "
